LEADERSHIP DEVELOPMENT
We develop leaders that the world needs now, helping them to tackle complex and dynamic problems by empowering their ambition and abilities.
In addition to expanding your skills, technique, knowledge and understanding, we help you to explore leaders’ thought processes and how to challenge any assumptions that may be limiting your development. We ground our work in your values and identity, helping you to understand others’ experience of your leadership and how to exercise your influence for positive impact. Our tailored programme integrates learning with real work, helping you to create new relationships, build strong networks and have the courage to create change in a way that’s incremental and sustainable.

COACHING
We coach leaders and teams in transition, who may be navigating a changing environment, preparing for new or more senior roles, or leading strategic change.
Our one-to-one coaching focuses specifically on your needs, which might include developing your leadership skills or helping to progress your ambitions. We frequently work with leaders who want to redefine or rekindle their sense of purpose and values, or be supported through challenging relationships or times of organisational ambiguity.

Our sessions are led by Living Potential Director Louisa Hardman who is a qualified Ashridge/EMCC Master Coach and SCP Mediator, and has an Organisational Relations Systems Coaching Accreditation. She also has an MSc in Business Psychology, Diploma in Change Agent Skills and Strategies, MSc in Coaching Psychology.
